DENVER - Peyton Manning threw two touchdowns, completed nearly 75 percent of his passes and got some timely plays from the Denver defense, ensuring his Broncos debut ended as a 31-19 victory against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Manning gave Denver a 25-19 lead with just under three minutes left when cornerback Tracy Porter intercepted a Ben Roethlisberger pass and ran it back for a touchdown to seal the win.
Manning ? who sat out all last season due to a neck injury ? signed with the Broncos in the offseason, giving them their best quarterback since John Elway in the 1990s. It showed, too.
Manning completed 19 of 26 passes for 253 yards and two touchdowns, rallying Denver from a 19-14 deficit in the fourth quarter.
More details to come.

PFT: Michael Vick may have tossed the game-winning touchdown, but he also threw four interceptions and was one of the main reasons why the Eagles looked like they were trying to lose the game.
